Through fixing
Brackets, frames and equipment fixed through the attachment.
Mechanical anchor sourcing
Sleeve expansion anchors for through-fixing applications, reviewed by the stated base material, fixture thickness, anchor geometry, embedment basis and project requirement.
Catalogue ranges are RFQ guidance. Final compliance is controlled by the buyer-approved system, drawing, specification and purchase order.
Quotation control
The exact product system or drawing, substrate, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and destination are confirmed before sourcing.
| Field | Product information | Order control |
|---|---|---|
| Requested product | Sleeve expansion anchor assembly | System or drawing basis confirmed |
| Base / substrate | Concrete or stated masonry substrate; suitability depends on the selected anchor system | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Geometry | Diameter, overall length, fixture thickness, embedment and head form | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Installation | Hole diameter and depth, cleaning, setting and tightening instructions | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Material / finish | Zinc-plated or hot-dip galvanized carbon steel; stainless grade by RFQ | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Approval / records | State any required approval, test data, design basis or traceability | Confirmed per RFQ |
Product overview
A sleeve anchor expands its sleeve against the drilled hole as the fixing is tightened. Substrate type, fixture thickness, hole quality and installation procedure therefore control whether a proposed configuration is suitable.
Concrete, solid masonry and hollow masonry must not be treated as interchangeable. Safety-critical use requires the selected system documentation and project design, not a generic catalogue description.
