Bring your stainless fastener list to one coordinated contact. XHT helps review specifications, identify suitable supply options and organize agreed quality and export requirements.
Availability and the final supply specification are confirmed for each enquiry.
Start with the fastener form
Choose the form, then confirm dimensions, material and order requirements.
Review the product form, then specify thread, length, stainless material and mechanical requirements.
Define the internal hex drive, head geometry and installation space alongside material and dimensional requirements.
For ASTM requirements, include the complete grade and class, thread, length, nut pairing and document scope.
Specify the head, drive, point, receiving material and installation requirement. Stainless material is confirmed in the RFQ.
These links explain product forms and quotation inputs. Photographs or illustrations on a product page do not establish stainless material compliance. Nuts, washers and custom parts can also be included in your enquiry.
Material and performance
A material name does not define the complete fastener specification.
304 and 316 are familiar stainless material designations. A2 and A4 are fastener grades within ISO 3506; their association with 304-type and 316-type material is approximate. Do not use the terms as an automatic substitution rule.
Retain the governing material standard and any exact designation required by your drawing.
For applicable fasteners, A2-70 combines a stainless grade with a mechanical property class. Specify both where required; requirements depend on product type and the governing standard.
ASTM A193 B8M Class 2 follows its own bolting specification. It is not a substitute for an unspecified 316 stud or an ISO class.

Describe the service environment. Chlorides, temperature and crevice conditions can affect corrosion performance. Share exposure and assembly requirements for review. Read the steel producer’s corrosion guidance.
How XHT supports the order
One contact for supplier coordination, specification review and export support.
Send a product list, controlled drawing or sample reference. XHT reviews the required forms and coordinates suitable sourcing options, including mixed requirements.
Align the standard edition, dimensions, material, mechanical requirements and surface condition. Agree checks, packing and documents. Proposed alternatives come back for buyer approval.
Coordinate order follow-up, packing information, consolidation and export arrangements. Scope and timing follow the confirmed quotation and order.
Quality and order records
Quality coordination starts with a clear acceptance basis.
Certificates and full material traceability are not automatic inclusions. Suppliers remain responsible for manufacturing and production control; the buyer confirms final requirements. Explore Quality Assurance.
Prepare your enquiry
Use a separate specification and quantity for each line.
Buyer questions
Open questions belong in the enquiry.
Yes. Send one list with a separate specification and quantity for each item. XHT will review sourcing and consolidation options.
No. Drilling capability depends on screw construction, drill point, substrate and thickness. Define the installation requirement separately. A manufacturer’s bi-metal screw example illustrates why drilling performance is product-specific; its capacities are not XHT supply claims.
Documentation follows the agreed scope. State the required document type and traceability level in the RFQ so availability, cost and timing can be reviewed.
