Product reference · drawing confirmed per orderCustom Bolts & Screws
Drawing-based fasteners controlled by head and drive, shoulder, thread, length, material, heat treatment, finish, inspection and packing.
Custom & drawing-based parts
Send the drawing revision, material, critical dimensions and tolerances, finish, quantity and inspection requirements. XHT reviews the requirement and coordinates suitable sourcing options before quotation.
Feasibility, process route, tooling, MOQ, lead time and inspection scope are confirmed after technical review.

Published drawing-RFQ pages
Use a product page to structure the RFQ. Final drawing revision, units, tolerances, material, process, finish, inspection, quantity and packing remain subject to written confirmation.

RFQ control
A complete technical brief reduces assumptions and makes supplier quotations easier to compare.
| Field | Buyer information |
|---|---|
| Drawing & revision | Dimensioned PDF, units, part number and current revision; CAD model where available. |
| Material | Exact grade or specification, condition, hardness and whether alternatives may be proposed. |
| Critical features | Datums, tolerances, GD&T, thread standard or class and surface roughness. |
| Treatment & finish | Heat treatment, hardness, coating type, thickness or colour and measurable performance requirements. |
| Quantity | Prototype quantity, batch quantity and expected annual demand. |
| Validation | Sample or FAI, dimensional report, gauges, functional tests and required certificates. |
| Identification & packing | Part marking, traceability, labels, bags, trays, kits and pallet requirements. |
| Delivery | Destination, Incoterm if known, target timing and split-shipment needs. |
Substitution control: If a field is open, write “supplier proposal permitted.” No substitution or deviation is assumed unless approved in writing.
Drawing review
The quotation and order must identify the technical basis used for supply and inspection.
Record the part number, drawing revision, units and required files.
Identify missing dimensions, materials, tolerances, tests and acceptance criteria.
Review feasibility, process, tooling or sample needs, MOQ and lead time.
Reference the approved revision and written clarifications in quotation and order documents.
Change control: A quotation does not by itself approve a material substitute, process change or deviation.
