Solar Waterproof Drainage Gutters & Accessories

光伏防水导水槽及附件

XHT FASTENERS coordinates the sourcing of dedicated drainage profiles and matching accessories for engineered solar carports, canopies and BIPV roof assemblies. Channels installed beneath specified module joints collect runoff and carry it toward collection gutters and designed outlets. These components are selected as part of the customer’s roof and drainage system, with dimensions and interfaces matched to approved drawings. We support coordinated quotations for profiles, connectors, closures and specified sealing components, helping buyers consolidate related items into a clear procurement list. Send your system drawings, quantities and destination for a quotation and availability review.

XHT coordinates partner-factory sourcing, specification review, agreed inspection, order consolidation and export arrangements. The quotation confirms the actual manufacturer, supply scope, MOQ, lead time and available documents.

Enquiry references are not a stock list. Configuration, source, availability and inspection scope are confirmed in the written quotation.

Product specification

Key details for your enquiry

Provide a complete specification for each item so geometry, materials, treatment and assembly requirements can be reviewed together.

FieldQuotation basis
Types / configuration
  • Longitudinal water-guiding channels beneath module joints, with cross-sections defined by the system drawing.
  • Transverse collection gutters and eaves sections, positioned according to the approved drainage layout.
  • Splice connectors, overlap pieces, outlet adapters and fixing brackets matched to the specified profiles.
  • End caps, closing plates and specified gaskets or sealing strips for the approved connection details.
Materials / property requirements
  • Aluminium alloy profiles, including 6005-T5 where specified; grade, temper, wall thickness and tolerances are confirmed for each order.
  • Steel or stainless steel accessories only where required by the customer’s design, with compatibility between dissimilar metals reviewed.
  • EPDM or other specified seals require confirmation of profile, compression, weather exposure and compatibility with adjoining materials.
Finishes / treatment
  • Anodized aluminium or a specified coating, with colour and coating requirements confirmed before quotation.
  • Protective finishes for steel accessories are selected for the installation environment; cut ends, joint faces and sealing interfaces require suitable detailing.
RFQ specification checks
  • Provide module dimensions, joint gaps, orientation, gutter section drawings, lengths, hole positions and quantities.
  • Confirm longitudinal and transverse layouts, end closures, splice details, seal specifications and outlet connections.
  • The system engineer must confirm roof slope, rainfall design basis, drainage capacity, overflow routes, thermal movement and maintenance access.
  • Confirm finish, environment, packaging, required inspections and destination. Waterproof performance depends on the complete installed system and its validated joints; no universal waterproof rating or service life is assumed.
