Module edge fixing

Solar End Clamp

End-clamp assemblies for securing the outside edge of framed photovoltaic modules to compatible rails, supplied to the required frame height and rail-nut geometry.

  • Module frame height and edge profile
  • Clamp width, leg height and contact face
  • Rail slot and compatible nut geometry
  • Bolt thread, length and tightening requirement
  • Finish, quantity and installation-set packing

Catalogue information is RFQ guidance. Final compliance is controlled by the buyer-approved drawing, system specification, sample and purchase order.

Quotation control

Information used to build the quotation

Dimensions, interfaces, materials, finishes, documents, quantity and destination are confirmed before sourcing.

Field Product information Order control

Finish Silver or black anodized aluminium, or specified finish Confirmed per RFQ

Product overview

Control the outside module edge without mismatched height

An end clamp must seat correctly on the module frame while maintaining sufficient bolt engagement in the rail nut. A nominal frame height alone is not enough when the rail channel or clamp profile changes.

The approved module clamping zone, installation torque and array-edge design remain the responsibility of the governing mounting-system specification.

What to include in your RFQ

  • Module frame height and edge profile
  • Clamp width, leg height and contact face
  • Rail slot and compatible nut geometry
  • Bolt thread, length and tightening requirement
  • Finish, quantity and installation-set packing

Control point: State the exact module frame and rail profile before requesting a substitute.

Common ordering directions

RFQ selections to confirm

Options guide the enquiry and do not imply that every combination is stocked, certified or interchangeable.

Selection Common enquiry direction Control
Frame height Common enquiries include 30, 35, 40, 45 and 50 mm Confirmed against module drawing
Bolt thread M8 commonly requested; alternatives drawing-controlled Confirmed per RFQ
Clamp style Fixed-height or adjustable family No interchangeability assumed
Finish Mill, anodized silver or black Confirmed per RFQ
Rail nut Sliding, drop-in or anti-rotation type Matched to rail
Packing Loose parts, assembled sets or project-labelled bags Confirmed by order

Custom supply: Non-standard geometry, materials, finishes, documents and packing can be reviewed against a drawing, approved sample or complete project specification.

Applications & supply

Options matched to the working assembly

Selection is controlled by the actual mating components, environment and governing project documentation.

01

Array perimeter

Used at the outside module edge in compatible rail systems.

02

Height options

Fixed or adjustable profiles are reviewed against the module frame.

03

Project packing

Left-to-right installation sets can be labelled by array or project.

Quality & order coordination

A controlled route from RFQ to shipment

Inspection, certificates, traceability and packing are supplied only when agreed in the quotation and purchase order.

01

Requirement check

Drawing revision, interfaces and critical dimensions are recorded.

02

Source matching

Cluster suppliers are compared against the confirmed specification.

03

Agreed inspection

Dimensions, finish and documents are checked to the ordered scope.

04

Packing follow-up

Labels, protection, consolidation and shipment details are coordinated.
