C-Strut Channel

C型支撑槽钢

C-strut channel is a lipped metal profile used in modular frames for pipework, ventilation ducts and cable trays. XHT coordinates channel enquiries against the specified section, hole pattern, material and finish. The inward lips form the attachment interface for matching channel nuts and fittings. Final compatibility and suitability depend on the complete assembly, including brackets, fasteners, support spacing and installation orientation. Each requested configuration is confirmed before quotation.

XHT coordinates partner-factory sourcing, specification review, agreed inspection, order consolidation and export arrangements. The quotation confirms the actual manufacturer, supply scope, MOQ, lead time and available documents.

Enquiry references are not a stock list. Configuration, source, availability and inspection scope are confirmed in the written quotation.

Product specification

Key details for your enquiry

Provide a complete specification for each item so geometry, materials, treatment and assembly requirements can be reviewed together.

FieldQuotation basis
Types / configuration
  • Solid channel: a continuous back without factory-punched fixing holes. Specify any cutting or drilling shown on the customer drawing.
  • Slotted channel: elongated fixing holes along the back. Slot length, width, pitch and end distance must match the intended fasteners and mounting arrangement.
  • Round-hole channel: a separate punched pattern requiring its own hole diameter and spacing. It is not interchangeable with every slotted pattern.
  • Single and back-to-back channel: identify the section arrangement and, for joined profiles, the joining method and required drawing details. Other profiles are reviewed individually.
Materials / property requirements
  • Specify the carbon-steel grade and minimum thickness, or the required stainless-steel grade such as 304 or 316. Material selection is reviewed with the application, corrosion exposure and requested inspection records. Nominal section size alone does not establish matching strength or connection geometry.
Finishes / treatment
  • Enquiry finishes include plain steel, pre-galvanized steel, hot-dip galvanizing after fabrication, or a specified coating. Identify the coating standard, thickness or mass requirement, treatment of cut edges and any finish restrictions. Stainless material and surface treatment are recorded separately.
RFQ specification checks
  • Provide section width, depth, lip geometry, thickness, length, tolerances and a drawing of the complete hole pattern.
  • Identify the mating channel nut, bracket, bolt or rod, including metric or inch threads and any required fit check or approved sample.
  • State the design loads, span, orientation, connection arrangement and governing project specification for technical review. Load tables and approvals must apply to the actual quoted product and assembly.
  • Confirm quantity, cut lengths, assembly scope, packing, destination, marking and required material, coating or inspection documents. Customer drawings and supplier confirmation control the final offer.
