The reference plate has a round centre hole. Other hole shapes or formed profiles need a separate drawing and must be checked with the mating assembly.
Send a drawing or clear reference photo when the head, interface or installation arrangement matters. Any alternative material, standard or geometry is identified for your review before order confirmation.
