Base plates
Stud-and-resin systems for equipment and steelwork connections.
Bonded anchoring components
Threaded studs, nuts and washers for bonded anchoring systems, quoted only against the specified resin, substrate, hole preparation, embedment, temperature and project approval basis.
Catalogue ranges are RFQ guidance. Final compliance is controlled by the buyer-approved system, drawing, specification and purchase order.
Quotation control
The exact product system or drawing, substrate, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and destination are confirmed before sourcing.

| Requested product | Chemical-anchor threaded stud with nut and washer | System or drawing basis confirmed |
| Base / substrate | Specified concrete or masonry substrate within the approved system scope | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Geometry | Thread diameter, stud length, embedment, projection and fixture thickness | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Installation | Hole diameter, drilling method, cleaning sequence, resin delivery and cure conditions | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Material / finish | Carbon-steel grade and coating or specified stainless grade | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Approval / records | Exact resin-stud system approval, load data and project records stated by buyer | Confirmed per RFQ |
Product overview
Bonded anchoring performance depends on the interaction of resin, embedded steel element, substrate and installation procedure. The stud must therefore be reviewed together with the named resin system and its approved installation instructions.
Changing the resin, stud grade, hole-cleaning method, embedment or temperature can change the assessed system. XHT treats every component and accessory as an explicit quotation scope.
