Solar ground arrays
Foundation elements are coordinated with post and table geometry.
Ground-mounted foundation
Hot-dip-galvanized ground screws and helical foundation piles for photovoltaic structures, supplied against the project foundation design, soil investigation, connection drawing and verification plan.
Catalogue information is RFQ guidance. Final compliance is controlled by the buyer-approved drawing, system specification, sample and purchase order.
Quotation control
Dimensions, interfaces, materials, finishes, documents, quantity and destination are confirmed before sourcing.
| Field | Product information | Order control |
|---|---|---|
| Requested foundation | Solar ground screw, helical pile or specified foundation element | Foundation design basis required |
| Ground conditions | Soil profile, groundwater and corrosivity information | Reviewed before selection |
| Shaft | Outside diameter, wall thickness, length and tip geometry | Drawing-controlled |
| Helix | Diameter, thickness, pitch, position and weld detail | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Top interface | Flange, U-head, socket or post adapter geometry | Matched to structure |
| Verification | Compression, uplift, lateral actions, installation torque and field test scope | Project engineer approval required |
Product overview
Foundation capacity depends on soil conditions, shaft and helix geometry, installation quality and the actual compression, uplift, lateral and moment actions. Product dimensions cannot be selected from a catalogue image alone.
A soil investigation, structural foundation schedule, connection drawing and agreed field-verification plan should form the quotation basis. Final suitability remains subject to the project engineer and local requirements.
Control point: No compression, uplift or lateral capacity is assumed without project data and agreed verification.
Common ordering directions
Options guide the enquiry and do not imply that every combination is stocked, certified or interchangeable.
| Selection | Common enquiry direction | Control |
|---|---|---|
| Foundation family | Tubular ground screw, helical pile, flange-head or U-head type | Selected by design |
| Dimensions | Shaft, helix and length are project specific | No generic load claim |
| Material | Specified structural steel grade | Confirmed per RFQ |
| Corrosion protection | Hot-dip galvanizing or project coating requirement | Coating specification confirmed |
| Testing | Trial installation, torque records and/or load testing as specified | Quoted to agreed scope |
| Packing / shipping | Bundle, rack or project-sequenced packing | Confirmed by logistics plan |
Custom supply: Non-standard geometry, materials, finishes, documents and packing can be reviewed against a drawing, approved sample or complete project specification.
Applications & supply
Selection is controlled by the actual mating components, environment and governing project documentation.
Foundation elements are coordinated with post and table geometry.
Ground conditions and exposure determine the design and protection requirement.
Trial installation, torque records and load testing can be quoted when specified.
Quality & order coordination
Inspection, certificates, traceability and packing are supplied only when agreed in the quotation and purchase order.
Drawing revision, interfaces and critical dimensions are recorded.
Cluster suppliers are compared against the confirmed specification.
Dimensions, finish and documents are checked to the ordered scope.
Labels, protection, consolidation and shipment details are coordinated.
Product RFQ
Send a drawing, system specification, photo, list or project requirement. Mark every field that cannot be substituted.
Fast quotation route
Include dimensions, interfaces, material, finish, quantity, destination and required documents. Files up to 5 MB can be attached in the RFQ form.Maximum 3 MB per file.
