Metal construction
For sheet-metal and light-section fastening where drilling capacity is matched correctly.
Self-drilling screw sourcing
Hex-washer-head self-drilling screws for sheet-metal and light-steel assembly, selected by diameter, length, drill capacity, substrate and corrosion requirement.
Catalogue ranges are RFQ guidance. Final compliance is controlled by the buyer-approved standard, drawing, sample and purchase order.
Quotation control
The exact standard or drawing, dimensions, material, finish, quantity and destination are confirmed before sourcing.

DIN 7504:1995-09 is withdrawn. For DIN 7504-K enquiries, ISO 15480:2019 is a reference for steel hexagon washer head drilling screws. Confirm the head form, screw size, drilling point, substrate thickness and coating requirements with the order. Catalogue references: DIN Media · DIN Media
Product overview
Self-drilling screws combine drilling and fastening in one operation. Diameter and length alone are insufficient: the drill point must suit the substrate type, total steel thickness and installation conditions.
For roofing or exposed work, confirm the sealing washer, coating system and corrosion environment. Installation speed and driver setting may also be included in the RFQ.
