Drawing-based sourcing
A hardware kit is controlled not only by its components but also by revision, approved substitutions, quantity per kit, assembly state, sequence, lot separation, labeling and packing presentation.
XHT does not substitute a fastener, apply a locking product or assign an assembly torque unless the buyer’s released documents and order authorize it. Mixed-lot or traceability requirements must be agreed before sourcing.

Missing information: XHT may raise clarification points or propose a documented alternative for review. No changed material, dimension, tolerance, process or finish becomes the order basis without buyer approval.
Technical & file control
A component can be dimensionally correct yet make the kit nonconforming if its revision, finish, approved source, count, traceability, orientation or label is wrong. Acceptance criteria must cover both components and kitting operations.
Before sharing files: Send only technical files you are authorized to transmit. If an NDA, access restriction or special transfer method is required, agree the route with XHT before uploading the file.
